Mandeep is an exploration and production leader in the Oil and Gas industry with an experience of over 22 years. His expertise in enhanced oil recovery, development of tight oil, conventional and unconventional methods in offshore and onshore fields are critical in leading us towards our goal of contributing 50% of the hydrocarbon production. At Cairn as the Director of Operations, he is overseeing prolific assets with an extensive portfolio while managing all of our operating blocks located in Rajasthan, North East, Gujarat, and the West and East Coast of India. He also manages the operations of the world's largest polymer flood facility located at our largest onshore processing terminal – Mangala Processing Terminal, Rajasthan, India. Earlier, Mandeep also worked at Shell as the Global Offshore Installation Manager for a brief period, where he played a vital role in achieving the production targets while being focused on maintaining the desired rate and quality. He completed his Bachelor’s in Engineering from Anna University in 2002. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading and participating in marathons.
