Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool is used to digitise manual contract management work. 12 key partners and their respective internal teams have been onboarded. The tool is expected to provide a single source of truth, greater transparency, and increased efficiency in our contract management activities. CLM Tool has been developed and implemented by SirionLabs.

Key Benefits of CLM Tool

Contracts for 12 suppliers are digitized, documents are stored in a hierarchical, access-controlled, fully auditable repository with an integrated document viewer. Moreover, the parent-child relationships maintained between documents facilitates easy access and traceability.
SLA/KPIs to be monitored have been configured with rules specific to Cairn requirement which will help monitor deliverables and their impact. In turn, abiding by the policy and regulatory requirements.
Obligations configured will help to manage obligations and to centralize and simultaneously view information, analyse, and visualize risk, and reduce the impact of missed obligations, deliverables, milestones, and more.
CLM's Collaboration module will help establish a common platform for Cairn's users and suppliers to manage and analyse all key governance activities such as meetings, action items and issues. Governance meetings can also be directly managed from MS Outlook calendar.
Actionable dashboards and reports will facilitate Cairn users with better insights for effective decision-making.
Thus, CLM will help Cairn team bring their operational silos closer together on a single platform and bridge existing gaps in their post-signature contract lifecycle management practice.
