We use the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to digitise manual contract management processes. 12 key partners and their respective internal teams have been onboarded. The tool provides a single source of truth, greater transparency, and increased efficiency in our contract management activities. The CLM tool has been developed and implemented by SirionLabs.

  • Contracts for 12 suppliers have been digitised, and documents are stored in a hierarchical, access-controlled, fully auditable repository with an integrated document viewer. The parent-child relationships between documents ensure easy access and traceability.
  • SLA/KPIs monitoring has been configured with rules tailored to our requirements, helping us track deliverables, assess their impact, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Obligations management is centralised, enabling us to analyse risks, track deliverables, milestones, and visualise obligations, reducing the impact of missed commitments.
  • The CLM Collaboration Module provides a common platform for our teams and suppliers to manage and analyse governance activities, including meetings, action items, and issue resolution. Governance meetings can also be directly managed from MS Outlook Calendar.
  • Actionable dashboards and reports offer real-time insights, enabling better decision-making.
